This course is designed to introduce learners to seasonal sugar craft flowers. You will produce a small display of sugar flowers to enhance any special occasion cake with step by step instructions.
Please bring a packet of sugar florist paste. A full resource list will be given by the tutor week 1.
This course is designed to introduce learners to create positive small changes to live life to the full. Learn how to make good decisions about food choices, how to increase your physical activity without going to the gym. Reconnect your thoughts and mind to enjoy and live a happy life.
Please bring pens, paper/notebook.
The course will enable participants to use counselling skills in a variety of contexts and roles. You will leave with the skills of listening and relationship building in a practical way by undertaking role plays and small group work. This course is for anyone who is interested in using counselling skills in a helping role or to improve their professional and personal relationships as part of personal development.
