There is a world wide movement to raise awareness and take action on eliminating plastics from our lives due to the devastating short and long term effects on our wildlife and environment. Yet we know this is much easier said than done – alternatives seem hidden away,  routines are hard to break and let’s face it – the options can often be pricey or simply not up to the job – after a determined attempt to make changes many give up or pop it on the never ending to do list.

Well we believe in Southwell we have something special which will make eliminating plastics a lot easier – we have a strong trusted community with the means to share information easily.

So we invite you to join our Plastic Free Southwell Series by getting in touch with your hints, tips and experiences. Email or message via social media @SouthwellScoop.

Take a look below at what is already happening and know that together we can easily make a difference and create a lasting impact.
