Quick Reference Guide for 'My Account' Dashboard

The ‘My Account’ page is generated when you register within the Southwell Online Shop section of The Southwell Scoop website. This required you to input your email address and choose a user name and password. If you no longer wish to be registered on this site please email on southwellonlineshop@the-scoop.co.uk.

The different sections of your dashboard are:

Dashboard – The home screen of your personal ‘My Account’ page

Orders – View the status of your orders.

Downloads – Access any downloaded products purchased.

Addresses – Store and amend your billing address and shipping address.

Payment Methods – Add a credit card or paypal account for future purchases.

Account Details – Amend your personal information and change your password.

Frontend Manager – The ‘My Vendor Dashboard’ for Authorised Vendors who are selling products via the Southwell Online Shop.
This will only appear in the options of your ‘My Account’ page once a Vendor Registration form has been submitted, our admin have made contact and they have authorised your Vendor Registration.
