Klean Fitness specialise in Personal fitness to help people achieve their goals. Whether that be fat loss, body transformations, general health and well being to more specif targets such as training for an event or competition.
Our training sessions are fun and interactive and can be completed on a 121 basis at the location of your choice such as your own home, office or the local park or an online training programme where you can work alone or with friends and family. Most of our programmes are structured around High Intensity workouts incorporating various equipment that can be used anywhere like dumbbells, kettlebells and your own body weight.
Klean Fitness can also provide group and team training sessions. We can tailor our sessions to your team or groups needs and ethos including your style of play. We plan the training with your coaches and develop the session to strategically focus on speed, endurance, agility, mental toughness and decision making under pressure.
