Taking part in dance fitness regularly will increase your fitness, transform your body, boost your confidence, and ease stress. You’ll also pick up some fantastic new moves you can show off when the dance floor calls!
Classes are held within the beautiful historic building and grounds of Upton Hall near Southwell, creating the feeling of a weekly mini-retreat.

I have seen the transformative effects regular participation in my classes have had on women.
