How to add to our directory

Thanks for taking the time to add to our directory. Please check to see if you are in our promotion area?   View Map.



In order to edit your listing at a later date, you must use the same computer you used to create your original listing. DO NOT use a mobile.
Completion and submission of the form is acceptance of our ‘Terms of Use – Business Directory’ .
Please read these before continuing.

Helpful note: when you have entered your address details remember click Find location on map’ in order to find your address and mark it on our map.  N.B if you do not click Find location on map, the listing may not save.

By adding to our directory you will automatically be added to our newsletter, we will never share your details and we will never spam you. You can unsubscribe at any time.

For images – please make sure you name them before uploading using key words relating to your business, separated with hyphens. i.e. coffee-shop-farnsfield-homemade-chocolate-cake. A maximum of 8 relevant words please.


Once you have Submitted your details they will be forwarded to the Southwell Scoop Team for approval and you will receive an email to confirm that the listing has been accepted and is live, you will then be able to view and edit your details. Once live, please check your listing information and also on a regular basis to ensure all details are up to date.

To update your listing information simply click into your listing then hover over your profile picture. You will then see a grey box appear to the right hand side with the option to edit or delete your listing. (see screen shot below).

Remember you can only  do this from the ORIGINAL computer used.
